We are based out of Lacey, Washington. On a regular basis, we cover King, Pierce, Thurston, Kitsap, Mason, Lewis, Grays Harbor, and Cowlitz Counties. If you're not sure if we cover your area, feel free to ask! We give FREE in-home estimates. There is no charge to have us evaluate your timepiece.

We repair all types of clocks, including modern battery and electric (plug-in) clocks. Our specialty is mechanical clocks of all ages: grandfather clocks, cuckoo clocks, mantle clocks, wall clocks made in Germany, France, England, the United States, or anywhere else! Contact us so we can give you a free estimate.

Each repair is taken at a case by case basis. Many repairs can be done in your home within 45 minutes to an hour. Other repairs may need to go back in to the shop for extensive cleaning or machining work. In some cases, parts may have to be made or ordered to complete your repair.

Yes, we offer a 1 year warranty on all of our repairs. If you experience any issues with your repair during this time, we will fix it free of charge.
